Deep Dive into the DCAP Process - Kick-off PD

This will be the kick-off session to ICAN's Deep-Dive into the DCAP Process.

The tentative agenda for these sessions include:

9 am - Welcome - Introductions and Goals for Day
9:30 am - DCAP Components
10:40 am - Break
10:50 am - Evaluation Review of Current Plans
11:45 am - Lunch
1 pm - Work Session - Goal setting for plan development based on evaluation of plan

We plan to wrap up by 2:30 pm. The work sessions are a starting point for the on-site work that will take place. Following this session a member of the ICAN team will provide on-site follow-up planning sessions with each district. These planning sessions will occur between May and October 1, to help prepare for the submission of plans in October. ICAN will also provide mid-year check-ins and a year-end review in Spring 2025 to begin the process for the 2025-26 academic year.
