Find Your Future - Step by Step

Career Assessment

Students are encouraged to have their career assessment results from school or spend 15 minutes in our Career Assessment Center to discover which career pathways fit their futures.

Take the Future Ready Iowa Career Assessment

Career Exploration

Area business and industry leaders will be grouped according to Career Clusters so students can follow their assessment results to the pathways that align with their interests, values, and skills. Talk with employers about growing career opportunities, industry expectations for skills and education or training, and learn the ins and outs of potential future careers. Learn about Career Clusters

Education and Training

There are many options after high school and you can explore them all in one place. Once you know your pathways and the requirements of your future career, find an education or training program that helps you earn the credentials and skills to be successful.

For students looking for a more hands-on post-high school training experience we will have members of the Building Trades Registered Apprenticeship Programs on hand to discuss their programs and the career outlook for their professions. Check out the programs planning to attend.

  • Military Options
Each branch of the military offers unique programs and career opportunities for students. Each branch has been invited to attend the fair and share their outlook with students. Check out the branches planning to attend.
