Combination Presentation Toolkit

The Presentation Checklist (PDF) will help you plan for and promote your College Planning presentation, starting four weeks before.

To use these promotional tools:

Review the checklist. Determine which tools you'll use to promote your presentation and when you'll need them.
Select the document you'd like to personalize. (Note: The directional signs do not need any customization.)
Insert the appropriate information in the highlighted areas.
For Word Documents:
Copy the text and paste into a new document or window as appropriate
For PDF Files:
Send the documents to your printer or save the file so it can be sent to a print shop.
Distribute as appropriate.
